A candle will be lit in honor of the receiving party.

Through you, God shall live, and through God, you shall be immortal.

In the name of God, the Spirit of Life, Creator of All I welcome you to this world as a creation of spiritual excellence and physical beauty and name you ______________.
In the name of the Creator and all that is created, Amen.
Another candle will be given to the parents with these instructions:
Place candle in babies room and light the flame nightly as a symbol of God's love and protection.
(Certificate of Baptism will be presented and logged into church records at the Universal Life Church in Monteray, CA)
